Sin embargo, tarde o temprano nos adentramos en una profunda crisis existencial, experimentando una saturación de sufrimiento. Es entonces cuando hacemos algo revolucionario: iniciar un proceso de autoconocimiento, cuestionando las creencias con las que fuimos condicionados por la sociedad. A su vez, nos liberamos de todas las cadenas mentales que nos mantenían presos. Y como consecuencia, nos atrevemos a seguir nuestro propio camino en la vida, honrando nuestra singularidad como seres humanos.
En general, llevamos una existencia de segunda mano, artificial y preestablecida. La verdad es que hemos perdido completamente el arte de vivir. No sabemos quiénes somos realmente ni para qué vivimos, ni cómo sentirnos verdaderamente felices. Como no tenemos una brújula interna, nos limitamos a seguir el camino previamente tallado que sigue la mayoría de la gente. Estudiamos. Trabajamos. Consumimos. Y nos entretenemos, haciéndonos adictos a todo tipo de cosas para llenar nuestro vacío.

Y como consecuencia, nos atrevemos a seguir nuestro propio camino en la vida, honrando nuestra singularidad como seres humanos.

The essential effort is always the perception of me, the awareness of me. Everything is related to that: touching my essence. What energy contains is temporary. Energy is permanent.
