House of the dragon
Game of Thrones’ is one of the biggest television hits in history. Like it more or less -especially its denouement-, HBO’s adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s novels was incredibly popular and there is very little left for us to see its prequel ‘House of the dragon’. However, what interests us today is the series aired between 2011 and 2019.
The reason is that a Vietnamese artist known on social networks by the nick Msbananaanna wanted to know how the characters of ‘Game of Thrones’ would be if they were completely in line with the description of them that Martin made throughout the novels. To do so, he used the artificial intelligence technology offered by the ArtBreeder website.
It was inevitable that this would lead to a comparison with the way we saw the main characters of ‘Game of Thrones’ in the series that we can see on HBO Max. Obviously, some are more similar than others, but we’ll leave it up to you to judge the result regarding these seven characters:
Me before you
Theon has not seen Jon since the first season and circumstances have changed a lot for both: while one is now an ally of Daenerys Targaryen, the other (after passing the death) has been proclaimed King in the North.
About another possible reunion we were talking about days ago, that of Bran and the rest of the Stark family, we have no record of it being filmed, without ruling out that it will happen in the future or has been filmed without us having known about it.
The recent images in which we saw Isaac Hempstead Wright sharing dressing room and makeup with Maisie Williams (Arya) were for filming Bran’s return to the Wall. So he did not shoot (at least that day) with his brothers, but with Edd the Sorrows and other members of the Night’s Watch.
We at The Seven Kingdoms cannot confirm these leaks and so we will not publish them until then. If we confirm any of these revelations – some are simple to do, just the presence of a number of actors in a location or the shooting of a scene that we know of – we will post it as we have been doing with so many spoilers.
Daenerys targaryen actress
To get to go to the casting test for ‘Game of Thrones’, Emilia Clarke had to lie to the bosses of what was then her job, a catering company, telling them she was sick and had to stay home. The best part? The actress had no idea what the series was or the plot of the series.
From the first moment, those responsible for the film adaptation of ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ were clear that they wanted Emilia Clarke as the protagonist. However, the British interpreter decided to reject the role because she was not at all comfortable with the nude scenes.
If there is an actress who has marked Emilia Clarke from the beginning in a fundamental way, that has been the unforgettable Audrey Hepburn. A total admiration that ended up becoming a wonderful coincidence when Clarke starred in a theatrical adaptation of ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s.’ Together for life.
Another of the projects that could have changed Emilia Clarke’s professional career forever was ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’, an extraordinary film in which the actress was very close to participating playing the character of Sharon Carter. However, the British actress “only” could be among the five finalists.
Sophie turner
Prince Doran Martell (Alexander Siddig) receives the news of Myrcella’s death, and at that moment both he and Areo Hotah (Deobia Oparei) are killed by Ellaria (Indira Varma) and Tyene (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers). The palace guards watch the scene without reacting, as they were fed up with Doran’s rule in Dorne.
Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) and Varys (Conleth Hill) walk through the streets of Meereen, which are desolate due to the absence of Daenerys and the fear generated by the Sons of the Harpy. Tyrion observes that Daenerys’ enemies are multiplying, including the former Masters and the freedmen. Then they discover that someone has set fire to all the ships in the port of Meereen. Some distance away, on the plains, Daario Naharis (Michiel Huisman) and Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) continue to track Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), finding her ring amidst thousands of hoofprints. Jorah’s psoriasis worsens, but he decides to continue to keep it a secret. Many miles later, Daenerys is brought before Khal Moro (Joe Naufahu). Moro initially wishes to lie with her, but treats her with respect after learning that Daenerys is Khal Drogo’s widow. However, Moro refuses to let her leave, claiming that Daenerys must go to Dosh khaleen, in Vaes Dothrak.
